How do I know Fluno won't hallucinate rates?

Fluno only quotes rates that exist in your connected PMS or your approved hotel configuration. It will never guess or invent a price — if live availability is unavailable, it escalates to your front desk team immediately.

Can I test it before going live?

Yes. Every Fluno account includes a sandbox environment where you can run test conversations, simulate bookings, and review transcripts — all without touching your live guest channels.

Is my guest data safe?

All guest data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Fluno is compliant with applicable data protection regulations and never shares guest information with third parties outside your property's configured integrations.

How do I turn Fluno off?
